First nights stay is required as a deposit to hold the room(s).
Reservations cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival date receive full deposit back. Reservations cancelled 45 days to 15 days prior to arrival date receive 50% deposit back. Reservations cancelled 15 days or less prior to arrival date are not refundable.
